Pan Pac brief profile
In 1990, the first Pan Pacs, there were 45 teams contesting three age
groups. In the last Pan Pacs, in 2010, 118 teams competed in four age
groups and both genders. This year we expect similar numbers with
approximately 40 overseas teams and approximately 80 New Zealand based
teams. Approximately half of the New Zealand teams come from outside
the Auckland area.
